The Campaign Against Living Miserably (CALM) is an award-winning charity dedicated to preventing male suicide, the single biggest killer of men under the age of 45 in the UK. In 2015, 75% of all UK suicides were male.

This film was made for the Adcan 2016 awards to provoke change and raise awareness of how closed off and silent we all, as men, can be when it comes to talking about how we really feel. Often without even realising it before it becomes too late.
